Just doing  the final review of my latest  “Thinking of” book.  This one is co-authored with Alok Misra of Navatar Group and covers Force.com, Salesforce.com’s awesome development platform.

We are veryexcited, as Parker Harris, co-founder and CTO has written the foreword.  But I digress.

Every chapter starts witha quote and I’d forgotten that we’d used this CLASSIC quote made at a press briefing by former US Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, earned him the 2003 Foot in Mouth award from the Plain English Campaign.

There are known knowns. These are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say, there are things that we now know we don’t know. But there are also unknown unknowns. These are things we do not know we don’t know

Donald Rumsfeld (former US Defense Secretary, 1932 – )

So are we all clear then?
