This great HBR article showns how innovation is more than evolution – sometimes it is paradigm-shifting, curve-jumping, market-making, bloddy-hard-work. But rewarding.  Which pretty much describes the last 14 years at Nimbus. But the market is now recognising what we do, and last week Gartner awarded Carphone Warehouse / Best Buy Europe the BPM Excellence Award for Leveraging BPM Technology. This short video shows what they have achieved.
