Following on from my 2 recent posts ‘We have been bent over and bankered’ which talks about the cost to the UK taxpayer for the bailout of the banks,  and ‘Who will regulate the regulators’ which discussed the basic operational flaws in Barclays that were not picked up by the FSA which allowed the Libor fixing to happen, and the pitifully low fine imposed by the FSA.

To put this into context, GSK have just been fined $3 BILLION.
