Social Media is unlocking the creativity of marketing in some companies. It is fantastic, uplifting marketing.

Here is another brilliant example where Coke has teamed up with the latest 007 Bond film – Skyfall.  They have taken a leaf out of the ImprovEverywhere‘s playbook; get the public to be stars. BTW If any marketers want to juice up their creativity take a look at some of the stunts that the ImprovEverywhere crew dream up.

Enjoy.  But before you do.  Think.  How much effort and cost did it really take?  Social Media is about brains not budget, creativity not cash. Done well the results can be dramatic. This video has got over 6.5million hits and it is still climbing.  But can it reach the 24 million hits that RedBull got with the brilliant BMX rider, Danny MacAskill video ?
