Following on from last weeks blogs where Coke linked up with Skyfall to use social to change the way products are markets – here’s is a French water company, Contrex, taking the same approach.

Some common theme’s with the Coke/Skyfall and RedBull/Danny MacAskill viral videos are

  • making the “innocent” public the actors
  • giving them something for their effort
  • an amusing video for the audience to watch and share

Oh.. nearly forgot.  There is one common point. This YouTube video has got over 13 MILLION hits. Coke/Skyfall got over 6m and RedBull/DannyMacAskill over 24m hits.
